Customer Service/Sales

Our vibrant Customer Service team is our front line, supporting 8,000+ retailers nationally. Please express your interest to join our Customer Service team if you have exceptional customer service skills and share our passion for a healthy lifestyle and natural products.

Our Customer Service Officers’ main responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Informing our customers (retailers) of new and additional products (requiring an understanding of health products), as well as monthly specials
  • Problem solving issues with customer orders or faulty products
  • Managing and maintaining customer profiles and accounts

A majority of our Customer Service happens on the phone in a positive, flexible, fast-paced work environment.
