Our vibrant Customer Service team is our front line, supporting about 6000 retailers nationally. Please express your interest to join our Customer Service team if you have exceptional customer service skills and share our passion for a healthy lifestyle and natural products.
Our Customer Service Officers’ main responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders
- Informing our customers (retailers) of new and additional products (requiring an understanding of health products), as well as monthly specials
- Problem solving issues with customer orders or faulty products
- Managing and maintaining customer profiles and accounts
A majority of our Customer Service happens on the phone in a positive, flexible, fast-paced work environment.
